What a great hotel to stay at. Centrally located easy to get around great staff. This is my third visit and it’s still rates as one of my best small hotels in Jerusalem. Highly recommend.

Overall is a pretty good hotel 5 min walk from the old city. The hotel is on a quite street, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. The two small downsides are the design of a shower which is not separated from the rest of the bathroom spilling water all over the place and that the interior is a bit warn out. Despite the minor issues, I can definitely recommend this place for a stay near old city if you want to save some bucks.

The staff members were kind and helpful. When I needed an adapter, they were quick to loan me one. The front desk even brought my WOLT delivery directly to my room so that my pizza would not get cold. Breakfast was excellent. The room was small and some of the light fixtures didn't work properly. Also, it can get a bit noisy due to the activity outside but that's to be expected in a centrally located hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would stay there again the next time that I visit Jerusalem.

This hotel simply isn’t worth the price. The room was small and not particularly clean, the staff was not welcoming, and we were deeply disappointed.
