BEWARE! There is no staff at check-in, and I was unable to enter the room after check-in at the machine, and i was unable to enter my room for more than 2 hours. I tried to call and whatsapp message to Capsuleinn (based on hotels.com booking and their notice pasted on their hotel), but they did not respond until i messaged hotels.com. The notice in the hotel said their contactable hours on Whatsapp is until 10pm, i was calling and messaging them since 8pm but no replies! But halfway later hotels.com called me and i incurred SG$144.70 (~USD102) of phone bills, as the hotels.com hotline was not toll-free! How would your customer know it is not toll-free and the hotels.com person chatting to me did not mention this to me. Hotels.com took 30minutes to contact Capsuleinn and Capsuleinn called me and i incurred even more phone bills! I requested compensation for my phone bills from the hotel but they dont care about you, i did not even ask for compensation for my time wasted stuck outside my room! I saw the staff stepping in the capsule room with his shoes on, room was also dirty. Book at your own risk!
