You will be charged additional commissions

I want to remark that this Hotel does not respect the booking conditions and you will not be able to pay with credit card. They will say that for "technical reasons" they can't accept payments via credit cards yet (so why don't they state that in the booking conditions?). Once you book they will contact you via email and ask you to pay via bank transfer in advance of your arrival or via paypal. If you pay via paypal the price will be higher because they charge to you the paypal commissions that they should pay! This is unbelievable but it's true! Also, when you arrive at the hotel if there is no one at the reception (as it happened to me even if it was during their presence time), there will be just a sign on the door asking you to contact a Israeli number via Whatsapp to get the code to open the gate door. Lukily they arrived after few minutes so I made them aware that foreigners from Europe like me would not have any roaming on their phones so they'd not be able to use Whatsapp. The next day under my suggestion they wrote the guest wifi connection details on the door but not yet the International phone prefix. They assume that everyone in the world knows that for Israel it's +972 :-( It's a pity because then the people at the reception are very welcoming, prepared, kind and helpful. The hotel is pretty new, and even if the rooms are small they are comfortable. They should fix this issue or at least play fair and inform customers BEFORE they book.
