some easy wins

Hotel would have been amazing in its heyday. There are a few easy wins that could improve the hotel dramatically; give guests a resort map on check in and explain where breakfast is, offer bag collection from rooms on check-out and update the linen. Whilst I don't doubt the cleanliness the linen in my room was badly stained. Outside of this the resort is pleasent and well located.

Pros: The resort was beautiful the gardens amazing

Cons: The room did not look like the photos on your site looked very tired the staff were not very friendly or helpful starting with reception

The best thing was the seafood restaurants on the beach

Pros: Accessible to seafood restaurants and humble local fare

Cons: Limited shopping and tourism provision in immediate area.

Location: Remote yet veryaccessible

Facilities: Sufficiently adequate; Value: Priced appropriately; Service: Friendly; Cleanliness: Spick and span; Get away from the tourist stretch and eat with the locals on Jl. Uluwatu. Inexpensive and excellent local food.
