Acacia 4 is a modest three bedroom property which is about a ten minute walk from the centre of town. The kitchen is the centre of the house, with the bedrooms at the back of the property and the lounge and dining space is on a split level towards the front. High ceilings and large windows allow plenty of light into the living space, with a sliding door leading out to the full-length balcony and mountain views.
There is a cupboard for drying wet gear and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main areas and bedrooms ensure you’ll be warm in winter and cool in summer.
The master bedroom features a king bed and comfortable ensuite, with a shared bathroom and separate toilet opposite the other two bedrooms which have a queen bed and tri bunk. The laundry leads to a small courtyard with clothesline and shed for storing bikes, skis, and snowboards. Parking in available in the driveway only.
Acacia 4 is a fantastic option for families with kids, couples, and get togethers with friends.
