전체적으로 깨끗했습니다.

전체적으로 나쁘진않았습니다.다만 체크아웃 시간이 두시간이나 남았는데 청소하시는 분이 문을 벌컥 열고 들어와 너무 놀랐습니다. 다행히 옷을 다들 입고 있었지만 만약 샤워하고 나왔거나 환복중이였다면 굉장히 수치스러웠을것 같습니다.많이 당황스럽고 불쾌했습니다.그외에 조식서비스 샌드위치가 객실밖에 와있는지도 몇시간 지나서 알수있었던점 이런건 개선해야할것 같습니다.

혁신도시 호텔? 모텔?

호텔이라기엔 애매해요.. 모텔 같은 느낌이 더 큽니다. 티비 옆에 쓸 수 없는 싱크대와 인덕션이 있는데 원룸을 만드려다 호텔로 변형한 것 같아요. 생긴지 얼마 안 됐는지 여기저기 아직 미흡한 흔적들이 많습니다. 그저그래요

위치도 시설도 괜찮지만 시정되야할 문제 많음

1. 방이 너무 작아서 놀랐습니다. 전반적으로 새거같이 깔끔하고 세련된 인상이지만 너무 좁아 3일을 묵는데 답답했습니다. 2. 에어콘관리 상태가 나빴습니다. 침구는 깨끗했는데 여름철이라 좁은 방에서 계속 에어콘을 틀어야하는데 에어콘에 먼지가 가득해서 기관지에 문제가 생기지않을까 3일내내 신경이 쓰였습니다. 3. 바로옆 롯데아울렛 때문에 주말같은때는 호텔을 몇백미터앞에 놓고 수십분이5 걸리기도합니다. 거기다 모든 진입로에 노상주차를 방치해서 한차선으로 오고가는 차들이 뒤엉켰었어요.

뷰 대박좋았어요. 넓고 쾌적합니다. 로비 직원분들도 친절하시고 청소상태도 양호합니다. 호텔 숙소 사진으로 근방에서 제일 깔끔해보여서 선택했습니다. 라온호텔2보다 1의 방 구조가 더 맘에 들어 1으로 선택했는데 좋은 선택이였다고 생각합니다. 진주여행하실분들에게 이 호텔 추천합니다.

객실 들어서는 순간 실망 했습니다 방에 덩그러니 침대하나 있는 느낌 인덕션은 설치는 돼 있으나 사용하지 말라고ᆢ 화장대도 따로 없고 드라이기는 좁은 화장실에 잇어서 사용하기 아주 불편했습니다 아무튼 좁고 뭔가 편하지 않았습니다
