A localização é muito boa. Café da manhã excelente- bastante variado, com destaque para a torrada que eles fazem. Muito bacana também o empréstimo sem custo de bicicletas para andar pela cidade. Atendimento super cordial. Dispõe de estacionamento não coberto no local. Piscina e hidromassagem são muito boas para relaxar. Dispõe também de guarda-sóis na praia. Quarto com bom espaço e conforto.

A hospedagem num geral foi boa, mas muito inferior as expectativas pelas fotos e avaliações anteriores. Alguns pontos nos desagradaram: - café da manhã tarde (7h) quando a maioria dos passeios são cedo; - proibição de consumo de bebidas próprias na piscina, sendo que o bar abre apenas às 11h. - Hidromassagem sem aquecimento, o que impossibilita o uso já que água fica muito gelada; - Limpeza dos quartos, esse foi o pior ponto para gente, pois mancharam as roupas do meu marido que estava sob a cadeira com cloro e ainda viraram ao contrário para ESCONDER. Meu marido só viu o problemas no dia de ir embora, pois tinha deixado as roupas separadas para a volta, comunicamos na recepção e inicialmente foi dito que a funcionária estava em treinamento e que tinha acontecido com outros hóspedes e ela foi mandada embora, porém não deram NENHUMA solução para o problema. E apenas perguntaram se sabíamos os preços das roupas, informamos que não pois haviam sido presente de familiares, mas que iriam ver no site para terem uma ideia. E pasmem, apenas nos devolveram o valor referente as peças, sendo que informamos se tratar de presentes com valor sentimental e inclusive uma peça nem havia igual no site mais, eram peças novas e com valor sentimental e apenas nos depositaram o dinheiro sem nem nos enviar o comprovante com um pedido de desculpas, demonstrando total falta de respeito e apreço pelo cliente, apenas fizeram a obrigação de ressarcir o valor das peças. LAMENTÁVEL !
Bermuda manchada. Meu marido não tinha nem bermuda jeans pra ir embora, pegou o avião com bermuda de praia.
Blusa que foi usada apenas 2x que ganhou de presente da mãe dele.
