Esperava um lugar bem melhor..

Ao chegar havia cheiro de esgoto nos ralos. Todos os 4 dias matávamos diversas baratas. A senha correta da internet wifi apenas foi informada no 3°dia. A TV a cabo também não funcinou nos primeiros dias, somente funcionou após a troca do aparelho. A localização é boa. Apartamento para 4 pessoas com apenas duas xícaras.

Apartamento bom

O apartamento é bom e bem localizado. Deixa a desejar a entrada na portaria pois não foi fornecida senha de acesso, tendo de esperar que a portaria liberasse o acesso. Falta um pouco de manutenção. Roupas de camas e toalhas gastas, podem ser renovadas. Falta limpeza. Deveriam anunciar como apartamento e não flat, pois não tem serviços de limpeza, enfim: é um condomínio de apartamentos.
