There is no Room Service. No one to ask for new towels. The bathroom dirty, mold and abandoned. The place is on a great location and the owner is helping need to clean and update the property.

The amenities stated in the listing were incorrect. There was no smart TV, there was no Microwave and a huge lack of communication. We speak English and Portuguese and the primary contact will not answer you. It is definitely much better to avoid this place, ESPECIALLY if you don’t speak Portuguese. The parking situation alone will make you ever regret not reading this and listening. The staff is amazing and the proximity to the beach is hard to beat. Good luck if you already booked!

Room is old and outdated. Air conditioning is very loud. Kitchen has roaches and ants. At time of booking, never told us we needed a room door code to get in. Front desk doesn’t have the door codes because flats are individually owned. Pull out sofa bed is horrible! Stayed 4 days, never received clean linen or towels or toilet paper

Vista da praia obstruída por eventos, muito barulho nessa parte da praia, sendo impossivel acordar depois das 5 h da manhã . O predio e apto sao bons, funcionais, localização muito boa é perto de muitos restaurantes, bares, farmácias. A unica coisa negativa é o barulho da rua mesmo, não dá para dormir ouvindo o mar. E a vista que nao tem.

Apartamento relativamente grande, porem o ar condicionado é barulhento, o som da tv é com aparente caixa de som de saida com defeito e o torna ruim de assistir, cheiro forte dentro da unidade. Eu gostei , tem tudo que vc precisa , parece uma moradia . Da sim pra se sentir avontade Só faltou produtos igienicos no banheiro para fazermos uso, apos usar o sanitário A sala aconchegante, a vista linda, quarto bem repartido pra um bom descanso . Ar condicionado completo por toda parte muito bom E a cozinha tem de tudo , microondas,liquidificador,cafeteira,sanduicheira,e um fogão elétrico pequenino,pratos ,copos , talheres e panelas .
