A localização é excelente, beira mar e relativamente próximo da área mais turística de Tambau. Arquitetura do edifício é espetacular , com linhas modernas e arrojadas. Flat novo com decoração de alto padrão e o quarto estava limpo e impecável, da forma que estava nas fotos. O rooftop é lindíssimo com lounges e piscinas de borda infinita e muitas espreguiçadeiras .
