Hotel sem conservação

Hotel bem localizado porém o serviço prestado é muito ruim, quarto não estava disponível na chegada tive de esperar mais de uma hora na recepção. Quando entregaram o quarto estava com piso molhado e com sujeiras, a pia do banheiro estava entupida o elevador não funcionava a garagem mau gerenciada deixaram o carro de forma que não conseguia manobrar para sair.

Positivo: Localizacao, quarto espaçoso(3 camas), cozinha completa(desde talheres à sanduicheira) Negativo: Alguns funcionarios da recepção deixaram a desejar em relação a cordialidade e simpatia. A higiene do quarto foi outro ponto negativo, havia cabelo na cama e no edredom, alem de poeira nos rodapés do quarto. O elevador quebrou durante a estadia

Um detalhe que desagradou muito foi o fato das roupas de cama parecerem já tinham cido usadas por outros clientes e pedimos para trocar e o hotel não quis fazer a troca. Só depois de é muita insistência fizeram a troca.
