Owner did not houner booking. - should not be on your sitge

I had a confirmed booking. Taveling from another country Day of check in was informed that previous guest wanted to extend. Offered me a place with bad rating at same price as my booked 4 star. Still waiting for refund Do not! Book from this owner. And VROB should not have them on their site. In am not done with this.
