-1. No Smoking inside the units; smoking is only allowed outside, on the balcony. Please note that there is a penalty for smoking inside the units.

2. No parties, at all times.

3. No noise disturbance, should you not adhere to this rule, security guys will attend to such a noise disturbance, to give you a first warning. Should you turn a deaf ear to the first warning, we permit security guys to switch off electricity. Please note that there is a fine payable for noise disturbances, we cannot allow one guest to disturb comfortable stay for fellow guests in surrounding units.

4. Always park on the parking bay for the unit you will be staying in.
