we booked last minute as we had missed a flight and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms we fine, clean and comfortable, the hotel is a little dated but was good value. The evening meal was again, good value and the staff excellent. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the airport and the barista came and offered a free coffee as we were waiting....top class

The lady at check-in acted put out to check us in and answer our few questions. The room was nice and clean and comfortable, and the staff person behind the counter this morning greeted us with a smile and was so friendly. Unlike the person last night. It was a nice hotel.

From we arrived the front desk reception evening staff 23rd july made us fell welcome. The gentlemen who worked with Monalisa upon our arived and the other gentlemen that worked with here during Saturday shift were outstanding. In fact the entire reception staff were great. Lets not forget the ladies at the dinning area including the lady who assist me with getting a local mtn food card without her assistance were dead in the water phone wise. The housekeeping shorter house keeping lady with plaits in her hair that worked our floor room #355 went beyound her responsibilty to ensure our room was in order. Mr Elias who assist us with getting around was outstanding. The shuttle driving who worked the evening shift upon our arrival at the airport on 23rd july 2025 and departure on the afternoon of 30th july was great, he did not leave in fact he came looking for us when we were late returning from the airport foriegn exchange. The entire staff at the resort made our 8000 mile trip there memoriable. We have stayed at many hotels around the world and without a doubt this was our best. Thanks everyone from Mr and Mrs. Knowles. Even the local Mcdonalds down the street were great.

Water for the bath tab was discolored. Gate gaurd - Would not let me leave as I did not have an exit pin - I do not have a local number hence the fact I could not recieve the pin - he then continued to argue with me were all he had to do was just scan the license plate and my driver's license again so I could leave this being that I just encountered him 20 minutes earlier to check in.

Good experience

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Check in was easy and fast. The room was comfortable. We didn’t pre pay for breakfast but it was not a problem we could purchase it every morning from the hotel directly. We had dinner also and it was very good.
