While this isn’t the most luxurious or contemporary hotel, it feels very homely and public spaces are charming - as are the staff, who made us feel vsry welcome.

The shuttle bus driver was so lovely! Door men were helpful in regards to tours and baggage. Reception staff could learn a lot from them in regards to being friendly, professional and kind.

It’s not a holiday hotel, being in the centre of Sandton. We have stayed here many times and use it as a staging post. It’s a bit dated but the location is excellent with a shuttle bus to the nearby mall and/or train station.
