Beautiful Apartment, Challenging Stay

The apartment itself was beautiful. Our experience was unfortunately marred by poor access arrangements and a lack of communication from the managing agent. We also experienced significant water outages across Johannesburg during our visit, which, though not the property's fault, definitely put a damper on our trip.

Disappointed

After going through a cancellation and delayed flights at the airport, I could not get access to the apartment because no one was there to open the gate to let me in. It didn’t seem urgent that I had flown over 24 hours. I was too exhausted I I went ahead and booked another hotel for the night. I came the next day and I was able to gain access; however, I was put off the old dirty towels that were left for me to use. The bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets made my skin itch the whole night! I could not sleep that night and I decided to vacate the apartment the next morning. It was very disappointing to say the least. I only spent one night instead of 4. This building/room needs to accommodate guests by at the least proving: clean towels, updated silverware and dishes, new couches (they were dirty), and new bed and sheets (non-allergic). Please do better! The apartment is in a great location; however, guests need to feel they are cared for and thought about. Unfortunately I will not return here, nor would I recommend to anyone.
