I am so disappointed in the hotel here. Our room 206 had mold in the shower and sink area. The lobby was great. Area good. Staff good. Breakfast cold and no plates. Food cold and has to pay for it and for sure basic food. I have photos to show.

Everything was clean and quiet. However, the doors need to be redone because they do not completely go to the floor. You can see light underneath and hear noise. I had to put a towel down.

Dated hotel that could use a refresh. Shower and sink did not drain well. The tub would fill With standing water as you showered. Mismatched appliances in the room. Windows were very dirty. The bed was not comfortable as the mattresses were not very cushioned. Front end staff was pleasant with check in/out being quick. Parking was sufficient.

Overall adequate, but not great. Because we brought our dog, we were assigned a room on the pet floor. We were charged a daily $35 pet fee, the room smelled from previous pet occupants, and didn’t appear to have been updated in many years. (No USB ports!). Calling for room service or even takeout from the restaurant was impossible. Calls to the front desk were redirected to room 410. The staff we saw were friendly, but I think too few in number. (No one in the lounge or restaurant at 8PM so I went elsewhere.). The location is good, public areas are nice, and what staff they have are commendable. But management needs to “up there game”,especially in accommodating pet patrons.
