Knob Creek Falls - Private Inground Pool & Backyard to yourself! Best Location!

This terrific house in Johnson City offers your very own private inground saltwater pool and private fenced in backyard. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a large office area for working families. It is centrally located in a very nice subdivision in the center of town with main road access.

It is located in an excellent neighborhood which is close to ETSU, VA Hospital, walking distance to Freedom Hall Civic center, Johnson City Mall, Downtown Johnson City. Also a very short drive to Bristol motor speedway, Bristol Casino.

The home is an older home built in the early 1950's. The shower pans are a bit older and have not been fully remolded yet. If things like that bother you please don't stay. The three bedrooms are as follows. The master has a king bed main floor, guest room has a queen bed also on main floor, and full bed located upstairs. Guests can relax in the tranquil atmosphere of this gorgeous property. It has an 8ft privacy fence around the entire back yard. Complete with a firepit, grill and also an outdoor tv for entertaining.

Enjoy all that Johnson City has to offer with the best location in the city! Enjoy the other features with the entire house to yourself in one of the best locations in the city. The cleaning fee also includes the pool company to clear service the pool after each stay for our guests. Keep in mind No Life Guard on duty, all children under 18 years old especially young children must be supervised at all times. We look forward to hosting you and your family!

The house was nice and fit the bill for some guysin town for a ball tournament. good location to town and the fields.

House was okay. Kitchen/stove was not very clean. A lot of details/upkeep not completed such as partial paint jobs, no propane for outdoor firepit. It really felt like we stayed at a home that had been forgotten about for a year or so. Smell was musty.
