The person at the desk was very nice when we checked in. The purpose of the visit was only for overnight. The soaps were not of very good quality. Left a film on my skin. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The free breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were very salty. The muffins and bagels were the only things that were good. Maybe buy a different brand of yogurt? It was certainly appealing but it wasn’t very good. There was nothing wrong with the freshness. The pitchers of juices and water that were out were warm. Needs to be refrigerated. It may be nicer (not a necessity) to use real silverware and plates?

Everything was fine except for the vent in the bathroom which i was told was centrally controlled and made noise the entire night. When i complained about the noise i was told to keep the bathroom door closed so as to muffle the loud sound!☹️

Great location, but unfortunately it’s very dirty. I honestly wonder who and how often the rooms are cleaned other than the beds. We found spots of blood on our bathroom door and bathroom floor as well as a yellow liquid on top of the toilet. When we asked to be moved the staff did it no problem, but the bathroom in the next room was also pretty dirty. Splotches of gunk on the door and wall that looked like it could have easily been wiped off as well as a lot of brown staining on the bathtub. I wouldn’t stay here again, which is a surprise because my general experience with Comfort Inns has been good.

The property is quite run down/dated, the room door was clearly damaged/kicked in at one time and there are chipped and broken tiles in the bathroom, in general things were unkempt. We chose this place due to proximity to Wilson hospital, and were too worried about our loved one and too exhausted to comment at the time, but would not stay here again.

We booked stays at three different economy hotels across new york this week, and yours was easily the best. Comfiest bed, nicest and most helpful staff, and the best breakfast. None of that compares to the tremendous kindness you showed me and my girlfriend on the morning of our checkout. The extra time you allowed us to take this morning was beyond generous, and will make me a customer of yours every time I stay in the Binghamton area. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Excellent value.

Hotel is very clean. Arguably the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Staff works very hard to present a clean environment. There are spots that need a little paint and minor details like that but I was very pleased with the condition of the property, the comfort of the beds and the overall cleanliness.
