Not sure how this property has the rating it does

The room did not seem cleaned well there was stuff stuck on the dresser, not much insulation (could hear way more than a normal hotel) and the sheets did not smell clean (smelled slightly of cigarettes honestly)

The odor was unbearable. It wreaked of cigarette smoke disguised under some type of “scented” room spray which made it even worse. We did not even use the shower; napped for a few hours (we desperately needed the rest due to our very long car drive) and left the property as soon as we can.

Very noisy all night. Could hear conversations perfectly theough the wall. The staff wasnt very friendly and charged early check in when i arrived 20 mins prior. They gave me a hard time about my payment method as well. Not somewhere I'm looking to return to. Wish I could recover the money spent on this visit.

Their internet was terrible - it continually cut out and was not available. It was very difficult to find a way 'in' - that is, to get to their parking lot, even with all the signs they've put up. It's a very congested area and not at all easy or convenient to get there.

Exposed rebar is a hazard, there holding up a retaining wall that is about to collapse! Dogs are allowed, but there is NO place to potty. We had to cross the street for this purpose, and the grass has not been mowed for a very long time. The lobby needs an update! It’s clear smoking in/near the room happened at some point and the property tried to deodorize it with something that has heavy fragrance. The fragrances to me are just as bad as the smoking scent and cause headaches. They need to do proper fumigation.
