2D1N short stay with two young kids

The location is very convenient, just 10min walk to Legoland. It's opp Merlin Mall with a 24hr 7-Eleven below the apartment. There's Starbucks and some small eateries e.g Old Town Coffee, Taiwan Shilin XXL chicken and a few conveniences stores in Merlin Mall also. Check-in was a breeze with very fast watapps responses from Joanne and Sharif before the day I reached. Sharif checked us in personally and showed us to the unit. The place is a typical condo apartment that uses electronic card access with security guards at the lobby and carpark. The unit itself is a decent 1 bedroom with a futon good enough for the young kids below 6 years old. Tv channels from Singapore are available with free WiFi in the room too! Great view of Legoland from the room. The bedroom has a very mini balcony. There's even a washing machine for people staying long. Will stay again next time when visiting Legoland.

I had booked this stay few weeks back and only got to receive an URGENT email on the day of check in from hotel.com that the reservation has to be cancelled as this apartment was overbooked. We already crossed the border, on the way to this accommodation. Our trip was disrupted! We could have been informed weeks ago! Please review your booking system!!!

Good

The counter is normal security, but they are so helpful. The place just opposite of legoland, very convenient and near to walk there. In the unit have kids channels and toys, very thoughtful for kids. Environment is clean and neat! Good place to stay for lagoland trip.

개선이 필요

식기는 제대로 세척되어 있지 않았으며, 바닥도 보이는 곳만 청소가 되어있습니다. 쇼파는 쿠션감이 전혀없이 형편없었습니다. 화장실 수건은 부족했고, 콘센트에 대한 사전정보도 없어서 전압이 맞질 않아 충전하는데 어려움이 있었습니다. 장점으로는 체크인시간에 기다리지 않아 좋았고, 수화물에 대한 컨시어지 서비스가 가능했다는 정도입니다.
