Hotel com vários problemas. Primeiro quarto que ficamos estava cheio de mofo e com um cheiro ruim. Depois fomos transferidos para um quarto um pouco melhor, sem cheiro, mas com alguns pontos de mofo no banheiro; só que uma capa de proteção do ar condicionado caiu e precisou ser fixada com fita. Café da manhã mediano. Piscina pequena, mas as crianças gostaram. Se piscina for fundamental, é uma opção, mas sabendo que o. Estado de conservação não está bom, neste momento.

Os meninos da recepção foram extremamente atenciosos e bem educados. Muito solícitos. O banheiro estava todo embolorado, com bolor acumulado no teto e no batente da porta. Se o banheiro estava desse jeito nao quisemos nem imaginar como estava a piscina ou academia. As fronhas tinham manchas de sangue. Os vidros estavam sujos. Fomos acordados por duas camareiras que ficavam conversando alto no corredor em frente a nossa porta. Ao descer para o café uma funcionaria nos abordou e nos perguntou o numero do quarto. Depois percebemos que ela fez isso somente conosco, o que foi extremamente constrangedor. Ao retornarmos do café as camareiras ainda estavam no mesmo lugar, ainda conversando. No quarto nao havia uma tabela com os numeros da recepção. Esperiencia ruim, passou impressão de má administração, tanto com os funcionarios quanto com as acomodações. Nao nos hospedaremos novamente.

Esse é daqueles hotéis que a gente só fica uma vez para nunca mais voltar. No fim de uma viagem a trabalho, pedi um Cheese Frango, que no cardápio dizia vir acompanhado de fritas. Após 35 minutos de espera, entregaram no quarto sem fritas e, no lugar, colocaram um pacote de salgadinho Ruffles. Eu não pedi essa troca e o funcionário sequer soube explicar o motivo. Fui até a recepção reclamar e me informaram que a chefe da cozinha decidiu trocar sem minha autorização. O absurdo maior é que depois me ligaram perguntando se eu queria as fritas ou se preferia cancelar — por que não prepararam o pedido corretamente desde o início? Nunca vi tamanho desrespeito em um hotel. Além disso, o quarto tinha problemas sérios: o box do banheiro praticamente não abre nem fecha. Para conseguir tomar banho é preciso entrar espremido no canto, impossível para uma pessoa maior ou com mais de 100 kg. O café da manhã também foi um dos piores que já vi. Atendimento péssimo, não fizeram nada para resolver o erro com meu lanche e acabei precisando sair do hotel para comer em outro lugar. Enfim, não recomendo de forma alguma.
