Excelente comunicacao com o proprietario! Informacoes claras e precisas. Excelente apartamento, amplo e com todo conforto, cozinha bem equipada com tudo o que precisa. Ar condicionado nos dois quartos e sala, tornando o ambiente fresco em dias de calor escaldante. Bom sinal WiFI. Local tranquilo para familia em rua sem saida, proximo do comercio em geral e ponto de onibus. Curta distancia ate o centro da cidade.
