Courteous staff, good breakfast, clean room and building, easy parking, and all at a decent price. The shower was the best part for my husband with at least 4-5 jets.

Worst experience of my life, absolutely unacceptable I Could not stay there! Rude staff The front desk employee or manager was belligerent and non understanding of what I was asking. He would not give me my money back because I booked with Expedia. The rating is totally fictitious. When you walk the doors there’s only one luggage cart in the front; which was broken. The place smells terrible. The front desk clerk was rude, I was extremely tired and my tone was very polite, he kept repeating ID and that he didn’t want to see my Expedia confirmation number. When I had gotten into my room the carpet smelled bad. Dirty. The back of the bed was scratched from dogs or cats or something. The room smelt absolutely unliveable I walked out and asked for my money back. They said no. I went to the hotel next-door and booked a room and left and unfairly treated and disappointed. I am a platinum member of BestWestern. Shame on a situation and for running this hotel into the ground.

Easy to check in, rooms clean but there was no informational binder re: pool times, restaurants, pizza delivery etc. Pillows were terribly uncomfortable as was bed. Charging $10 per guest to visit was ridiculous. FYI They have $50 hold on credit card for possible necessities.
