We showed up with reservations for 2 adults 2 rooms. They informed us that they charged us for 2 rooms but not 2 separate rooms. What ? I said ! So they would not refund us for the over charge but our friends had to get a separate room at their cost. They were unable to tell our friends how much the room was but go ahead and give us a credit card and you can find out your cost from the credit card company. I asked how to I get my refund for the double charge on my credit card, I was told contact my credit card company. On another note we ask the women helping us if they had a shuttle bus ride to the casino and she said yes, your 2 feet ! I informed here that was rude ! The hotel its self is not bad just the staff. You may or may not have a room when you make reservations. Or might have to share your room with another person. We will never be back !

Property is old and outdated. Dark and gloomy. They don’t subscribe to CNN news on Fox. I consider that bias and political. They also charge me resort fees when the law passed regarding fees the day before. I informed the clerk that the law passed regarding fees. she said they charge them anyway
