Very kind staff

The staff was probably the nicest staff I’ve ever met at any hotel! The front clerk, I forgot his name, at night was so kind and helpful. My only reasoning for taking off a star was because the AC in the room wouldn’t go past 64 but when it was at 64 it felt more like 68 and we like it cold.

The room was spacious and clean. So quiet, we didn’t notice the other guests, staying around us. My only complaint, is the bathroom toilet, it’s a little bit low. But would most definitely book with this hotel again.

Overall it was a good stay. Clean rooms, great beds, and amazing breakfast. The only complaint I have is that someone on the floor above us jump and moving around loudly all night and even into the morning. I put on a noise app so we could sleep.
