Found a stained sheet on one of the beds when we arrived. When we called down to the desk to request room service come and change the sheets, we were told that because it was Christmas, there was no one on staff for room service! We wound up having to change the stained sheet ourselves. This is totally unacceptable, as we paid full price for the room and was not informed when we made the reservation that they wouldn't provide full service. We also called the hotel manager, Heather Wehr, and left a voice mail explaining what happened and requested a call back, and left our cellphone #. She never returned our call. We are extremely disappointed with how we were treated and do not plan on staying there again.

Great property with very clean rooms—definitely 5 stars. Overall, the place is very nice and offers plenty of parking. However, I did have one uncomfortable experience when I found a housekeeper’s cell phone and charger left in my room. I hope the hotel will work with staff to ensure they have designated spaces to charge their phones, rather than using guest rooms. I value my safety, and finding someone else’s phone in my room made me feel uneasy. I would also prefer if staff members were asked to cover their tattoos. Seeing visible tattoos makes me associate them with danger, as in my opinion, many people with criminal backgrounds have tattoos. This is, of course, just my personal opinion.
