All staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! We based our stay at this hotel on the fact that it had an indoor pool & hot tub. Upon checkin, we learned the amenities were closed for renovations. The cheerful host observed our disappointment, and offered to assist us in finding a hotel with a pool. We declined, since our payment was associated with an earned reward, & I figured it might get too complicated to switch hotels & keep the same payment. He made things right with a complimentary item, at my husband's request, and we felt better and thankful for the gesture, and his outstanding customer service! Another desk staff offered to turn on the fireplace for us in the evening, after we requested a bottle opener, so we could have a relaxing time in the lounge area. The ladies attending to the breakfast area were attentive & delightful, and made sure we got everything we needed. After checkout, the team was kind enough to make sure that I could retrieve my coffee cup from the front desk, that I forgot in my room, in our haste to check out for breakfast with friends! Aside from the pool situation, we were quite pleased with our stay, and would return again, if the occasion arose. Will recommend to friends traveling in the area. Might I suggest a jpeg photo stating dates of pool renovations, as I completely overlooked the info in the link including the complete property information. Just sayin! Customer Service matters......Thank you! RS

Had some minor issues with some things that when added all together resulted in a not so great experience. Most were rectified. Our toilet was clogged when we got to the room. It was fixed by maintenance the next day but there was an inconvenience factor with that. The water bottle fill station was not working. It was eventually repaired. The closet door came off the track. I was able to repair it. The hallway was too warm and felt stale. The hallway carpets were dirty but was somewhat cleaned the next day. The room AC did not cool the room down to the specified temperature, but it kept running. The room furniture looked pretty beat up, overall. All the being said, I would stay here again if I had too but I have stayed in other hotels in the area for years with very little problems.
