The homeowners utilize one of these spaces in the home, this booking reserves the other space in the home for the guest. The outdoor patio/pool/hot tub areas are exclusively for guests use.

Stayed here to watch my daughter play in the high school golf state championship. Very nice and the host recommended nice restaurants in the area. Would stay again if in the area.
