Living Spaces
The heart of the home is the light and airy open living room, featuring soaring ceilings and eclectic décor. The sectional sofa (which doubles as a queen bed) is functional and stylish and awaits movie nights, lazy days with a book and a great cup of coffee, and friendly games of pictionary. The professionally-curated boho accents are enchanting and make you feel welcome and cozy right away. Sign into your accounts on the 55” Smart TV and never miss an episode of your favorite show while you relax in front of the glow of the digital fireplace.
Digital nomads rejoice-our dedicated workspace offers a cozy spot for checking emails and putting the final touches on that presentation before you hit the hot tub. And the high-speed WiFi means less time working and more time to play.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to bring your culinary creations to life. Gleaming stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and an open floor plan are the highlights of this updated space. You’ll even be able to soak in the mountain views while whisking and sautéing up a storm. We include basics like oil, seasonings, and dish soap for worry-free cooking, so just bring your groceries and settle in!
You have great choices when it comes to enjoying your meals. The bar with seating for four is a great spot to grab a quick breakfast or wake up with some coffee. For family meals, head to the striking dining set that seats up to eight people and relish the chef’s home cooking (or take out, you are on vacation after all) in style and comfort with sweeping mountain views just beyond the windows.

Bedrooms & Baths
Comfort and style go hand in hand in our three modern and comfy bedrooms. Escape to the peace and quiet of the primary king bedroom, where boho touches give the space a calm and restful vibe. Let the sparkling California sun in to start your day, or draw the blackout curtains and hit snooze. Either way this room is a true retreat, with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet.
The primary ensuite bath features a tub and shower combo, a double vanity with roomy counter space for all your must-haves, and nice bright lighting.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and stylish furnishings with a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom is great for kids or additional guests and has two twin beds and the same modern styling found throughout the rest of the house.
The second full bath offers a tub/shower combo as well as a full vanity with spacious counters.

Outdoor Amenities
The outdoor amenities of this house really shine and we bet that relaxing by the pool with mountain views might just be the highlight of your vacation.
Step onto the covered patio and get lost in conversation in the seating area featuring comfortable and modern West Elm pieces. There’s also an outdoor dining set to experience unforgettable al fresco meals with friends as the sun sets. You can even cook outside on the provided charcoal grill.
As the sun goes down, gather the gang around the outdoor firepit and share beverages and stories under a sky full of stars. Or unwind from a day of hiking in the spacious hot tub.
When summer temps soar, cool off in the privately-fenced and shaded pool, with plenty of room for the whole group.
The pool is only open from March to October. We are able to open it out of season on request with 4 days notice and a $150 cleaning surcharge.
The Hot tub is open year round.
Please provide your own charcoal if you’d like to use the grill.
We provide starter wood for the firepit.
No pets allowed.
The property cannot accommodate wheelchairs.
Please supervise your children at all times outdoors, especially around the firepit, pool and hot tub.

No fires anywhere but the grill and firepit.
Solely for the purpose of your safety and the safety of our cleaners/handyman, there is an outdoor camera on the doorbell and over the garage. It does not actively record.
As per county regulations, we have a noise detector to monitor for decibel levels that could potentially disturb neighbors in this quiet residential neighborhood. It does not actively record.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the city and try something new and adventurous, Joshua Tree is the perfect place!
Joshua Tree National Park is the main highlight of the area, and it offers so many things to do. The park has over 800,000 acres of land that encompasses two distinct desert ecosystems. The park is well-known for its dominant rock formations, mesas, valleys of the Mojave Desert, and, of course, the unmistakable Joshua trees. Visitors can participate in hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding, stargazing, and view wildlife up close in its natural habitat.
If you enjoy western films or have an interest in old movies in general, you’ll love Pioneertown. Pioneertown is a film set built in the 1940s, and it has served as the location for numerous shoots and movies. You can take a walk down Pioneertown’s unique Western-style streets, have a vintage-looking photoshoot, and enjoy some live music while you’re here.
You won't have to worry about finding a place to grab a bite in Joshua Tree as the area has plenty of dining options. From homestyle cooking to swanky dining, the area has something for everyone.
