Would recommend the hotel to friends

It is a cost effective place. However the reception service needs to be friendly, courteous. They should be able to provide some guidelines about the surrounding areas - e.g. in case of emergency they should know pharmacy, electric shop, shopping area etc. Even after asking repetedly for help and directions, the response was luke warm. Given the location and the tourist a little more English ability will do.

J'ai récemment séjournée dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander vivement ! L’établissement est d'une propreté irréprochable De plus, le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. Toujours souriant, serviable et professionnel, ils sont prêts à répondre à toutes vos demandes avec rapidité et efficacité. Meme une pizza et un croque monsieur en pleine nuit !!! Leur accueil chaleureux a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à mon séjour.et je vous en remercie. Un vrai plaisir car cest devenu tellement rare

Expedia ist ein Betrüger und zockt richtig ab. Die tätsichliche Übernachkosten lagen bei ca. 245,-€ inkl. City Tax, Expedia hat 568€ verlangt. Das ist reine Abzocke. Nie wieder bei Experdia Hotel buchen. Die Angaben zu City Tax und Übernachtungskosten für Kinder bis 17 ist völlig daneben. Wir müßten für das Kind alles extra nachzahlen. Die angebliche Ermäßigung bzw. Gutschein auf Intranet Seite der Firmen ist reiner Betrugmasche. Der Preis wird automatisch höher angezeigt um mit angeblich Gutschein auf normalepreis zu kommen und teilweise sogar höher, die man auch ohne Gutschein hätte bekommen können. Daher Finger weg von Experdia, lieber direkt bei Hotel anrufen und Zimmer reservieren. Expedia ist ein Abzockplattform, Hotline ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Ich werde jeden davon abraten bei Experdia eine Reise zu buchen!
