The residence with swimming pool and sauna is located only 200 m from the sea and only 300 meters from the ferry port. All apartments are accessible by elevator. Enjoy the ambience of a hotel with the coziness of a holiday apartment. A restaurant is located in the house. The swimming pool area and the sauna can also be reached by lift and are available free of charge. For maintenance, the swimming pool is closed from mid-November to mid-December. The sauna is open after previous registration.
