The rook was very clean when we arrived and we were so grateful for the ac being on when we came! The only wish was that they had a microwave in the room (it is available to used when asked tho, we’re just lazy haha) and the water to be hotter. The staff was very accommodating and perfect stay for visiting Julian.

This is a basic motel in Wynola. I needed to contact front office for check-in code as it wasn't provided at check-in time (Keyless entrance). Parking is easy and right in front of room. Rooms are large and beds comfortable. If spending the day in Julian, this is a good option when all Julian lodging is booked.

Its a very nice and basic place to stay. Its on par with the rest of the hotels in the Julian area. Nothing fancy but it works great for coming back to recharge and get rest for the activities for the next day. The staff was very nice and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. We will be coming back again!!!!! Thank you Apple Tree Inn!!!!

It was OK, no staff at hotel you check in via text message. Facilities are dated and showing age road is loud but overall it’s fine for an overnight stay between stops. Be sure to go to Julian pie Company for a slice of pie delicious.

We like the back yard. There are chairs and a table. Pleasant to sit and relax. Parking is close to each room so that is convenient. The front yard needs work. The pool was filled in and there is nothing but weeds to look at. AC and heating are good. Bed is comfortable.

No staff on site. Room was clean but dated. Bathroom was extremely small and toilet is right behind door. No way to check out just had to leave the room before check out time of 11 AM. Also hotel is NOT in town it is 3+ mile drive into town.
