This beautiful villa is located at Villapark Duynopgangh. This small-scale luxury park is located just behind the dunes at the tip of North Holland in Julianadorp aan Zee. This area has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. The luxury villa with a beautiful thatched roof is characterised by comfort.

Spacious living room with open kitchen

The villa has a spacious L-shaped living room on the ground floor, where French doors at both the back and the side of the house give access to the garden. The living room is stylishly decorated and equipped with a cosy gas fireplace - ideal for spending cold winter evenings warm and cosy.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, American fridge with separate freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You can enjoy sumptuous meals together at the cosy dining area.

Comfortable bedrooms and family-friendly facilities

There are three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor: two rooms with a double bed and one room with two single beds. There is also a cot and high chair for little ones. The nice bathroom is equipped with two washbasins and a shower cabin.

Sunny garden and terrace

The villa stands on a generous plot of 500 m² and has a beautiful south-facing sun terrace. The fully enclosed garden offers plenty of privacy and has several cosy seating areas and comfortable garden furniture. Its location on a canal adds an extra touch of peace and nature to your stay.

Tolles Haus, leider etwas vernachlässigt

Den Park kennen wir schon seit vielen Jahren. Die Lage in der Nähe der Dünen ist super, sehr ruhig, alle Häuser mit ausreichend Privatsphäre. Haus 15 liegt sehr zentral, die Aufteilung der Häuser ist immer sehr ähnlich. Unser Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche sind recht modern geworden eingerichtet, leider fehlt eine normale Kaffeemaschine. In den Schränken waren benutzeTassen eingeräumt, Insgesamt hatte man den Eindruck, dass länger niemand im Haus war. Es gab keine Anleitung über die über die Funktionen des Hauses, zBsp, wie der Kamin gestartet wird. Die Bäder waren sauber und ordentlich, der Aussenbereich leider überhaupt nicht. Dieser war nicht zu nutzen, das Gestühl war total dreckig, alles voller Nadeln - wirkte sehr ungepflegt. Für den den Preis definitiv keine Empfehlung!!!
