Holiday house in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful and fine sandy kilometer-long beach of Julianadorp aan Zee. Only 5 minutes walk (500m) from the beach leading ramp! Here you can hear the sound of the waves of the sea! The house was recently completely renovated and refurbished.

The house is detached with about 60 square meters of living space and with 2 bedrooms suitable for families with 4 people. The house is lovingly furnished and equipped with high quality furniture and luxurious amenities, such as. B. WiFi internet, cable and satellite TV, dishwasher and combi oven / microwave.

The large, fenced, child-friendly garden of 500m2 on the south-west, offers a wonderful view of the beautiful Dutch dunes. Of course you have a terrace with garden furniture and wind protection.

The holiday bungalow is located in the popular holiday park 'De Zandloper', directly behind the dunes. In the immediate vicinity of the park you will find relaxation on the beach and many hiking and biking trails, numerous attractions and a subtropical swimming pool (3 km).

The wide beach and the surroundings will enchant you. There are several beach pavilions and in the summer months the beach is guarded by the coastal and lifeguards.

The holiday bungalow has a cozy living room with sofa, cozy fireplace, open luxury kitchen and dining area.

The living room offers a beautiful, unobstructed view of the dunes and has a stereo, flat screen with satellite and cable, Apple TV and WiFi internet.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, hood, dishwasher, combi oven / microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bathroom with underfloor heating and towel warmer, has a toilet, sink and a large shower (90x110 cm). There is a private parking space for a car right by the house.

The sunny (S-W) garden of 500 square meters is completely fenced and has a partially covered sun terrace with wind attack, Weber grill, comfortable loungers, a parasol and a dining table. Due to the large garden and the spacious layout of the park, you can enjoy peace and privacy.

In Julianadorp you will find a number of shops, (incl. Lidl and Aldi), a newly built covered shopping center, restaurants, fitness, bowling, golf, mini golf, riding arena, swimming paradise etc.

Reservations are only possible with arrival and departure on Saturday. Different direct bookings or booking inquiries are invalid unless the request has been expressly approved after consultation and confirmed separately.

The rental price includes energy (from April to October), water and internet. From October to April there is a surcharge for energy consumption (based on meter readings). We will charge you an advance for this. After the stay, the costs will be offset against the advance payment based on meter readings. Water and internet are always included in the rent.

Sehr gemütlich liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus. Sauberkeit war perfekt, sehr gut ausgestattet und alles funktionstüchtig.Den Garten fanden wir sehr gut, da man einmal ums ganze Haus laufen und überall gemütlich sitzen kann .Kinder und Hund hatten viel Platz zum toben und spielten, das gesamte Grundstück ist komplett umzäuntWir sind eine vier Köpfige Familie mit großem Hund und haben die 14 Tage Urlaub sehr genossen.Da wir im Oktober dort waren, war es sehr ruhig, auch am Strand konnte man entspannt spazieren gehen. (Der Weg zum Strand dauert 15 Minuten)Der Imbiss am Eingang des Parks ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, sehr freundlich, lecker, gemütlich und Preis- Leistung auch in Ordnung. Wir können sagen: es war ein schöner Urlaub!

Nordseeurlaub

Leider verlief unser 14 tägige Urlaubsaufenthalt (30.09. - 14.10.23) nicht wie gewünscht. Hervorgerufen durch eine zusätzliche, verwirrende Rechnungsstellung des Ferienhausbesitzers Herr Barmentlo. Wir hatten über FeWo direkt gebucht und termingerecht die gewünschte Anzahung per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Nach der erfolgten Zahlung bekamen wir von Herrn Barmentlo zusätzlich eine private Rechnung zugesandt in der er uns eine Kaution in Höhe von 300,-- € sep. in Rechnung stellte, obwohl die kaution bereits über FeWo direkt abgedeckt war. Zusätzlich drohte er mit zusätzlichen 4 % Bearbeitungsgebühren, sofern wir die Restzahlung ebenfalls mit der Kreditkarte an FeWo direkt leisten würden. Am Tag der Ankunft stellten wir fest, das der Fernseher defekt war. Dies reklamierten wir umgehend am Folgetag bei Herrn Barmentlo. Trotz mehrmaliger schriftlicher Aufforderung, war er nicht gewillt/bemüht diesen Mangel, während unseres gesamten Urlaubs zu beheben. Auf unser Schreiben bezügl. eines angemessenen Schadenersatzes, reagiert er bis heute nicht. Unser Fazit.......nie wieder bei diesem Herrn !!!! Fam. W. Franz

Schöner Bungalow mit großem Garten. Wir hatten mit Hund eine tolle Woche bei bestem Wetter. Der Weg zum Strand zieht sich allerdings. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Gemütlich und schön 🤩

Einfach ein toller Bungalow mit super schönem Garten. Es ist alles wie beschrieben, man kommt rein und fühlt sich super wohl. Der Kinderhochstuhl ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Kleiner hatte darin echt Probleme nicht durchzurutschen. Aber das war auch alles an Beanstandung, was den Gesamteindruck natürlich nicht schmälert.

Erholung in einem schönen Haus

Wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt war das Haus geschmackvoll renoviert und mit Liebe und praktisch eingerichtet. Auch die Nähe zum weitläufigen Strand war toll und mit unseren Leihrädern dann gut zu bewältigen. Infrastruktur in der Umgebung alles da, was man braucht im Ortskern von Julianadorp, ca 2 KM entfernt.

Winterurlaub in einer gemütlichen FW

Die Wohnung macht einen freundlichen Eindruck. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer FW braucht. Das einzig schade ist dass das Duschbad wirklich sehr klein ausfällt. Da wir im Dez/Jan unseren Urlaub verbracht haben, haben wir uns nach ausgiebigen Strandgängen mit unserem Hund auch länger in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Es war einfach eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der eine Punktabzug bezieht sich allein auf das kleine Bad.

Ein Ruheort wie wir ihn suchten

Ein wirklich schönes kleines Haus das wir sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet vorgefunden haben. Für 2 Erwachsene genügend Platz zum Entspannen und ein großes Schlafzimmer in dem man sich auch bewegen kann. Die Terrasse und er eingezäunte Garten hat uns und unserem Hund besonders gut gefallen! Selbst zur kalten Jahreszeit konnten wir draußen in der Sonne sitzen.

schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war gut eingerichtet und recht sauber. Nur die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren für uns etwas zu weich. Das Ferienhaus liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der tägliche Weg zum Strand mit dem Fahrrad ist schnell zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll möbliert. Punktabzug nur für den etwas sehr schlichten Garten und fehlende Tiefkühlmöglichkeit. (Wir waren nämlich in Den Helder angeln.) Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Bungalow

Kurz und knapp die einzelnen Räume beschrieben: Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ins große Schlafzimmer passt auch ein Kinderbett. Das kleine Schlafzimmer mit den 2 Einzelbetten ist schön für Kinder oder als Stauraum. Das Duschbad ist klein, aber optimal ausgenutzt. Die Dusche ist trotzdem mehr als ausreichend. Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist auch gemütlich. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten ist ein Traum. Hunde und Kinder können um den ganzen Bungalow toben. Es gibt genügend Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten um sich zu entspannen. Der Windfang schützt vor den starken Winden. Im Gartenhäuschen ist noch eine Waschmaschine, die ein wirklicher Pluspunkt ist. Das einzigste Manko sind die Holzjalousien in den Schlafzimmern, die die Räume nicht perfekt abdunkeln. Aber alles in Allem ein mehr wie guter Bungalow in einer ruhigen und sehr nahen Lage zum kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Nettes gepflegtes Häuschen, gemütlich und zweckmäßig

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, leider hatten wir Pech mit dem Wetter. Nette Vermieter, die uns sogar Kaminholz besorgt haben. Bad sehr klein, mein Mann hatte mit seinen fast zwei Meter etwas Schwierigkeiten... aber ansonsten tip top!
