Partly renovated, it consists of a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, mini-oven) opening onto the living room/lounge, two bedrooms with a 140 bed, a bedroom with two single bunk beds of 90, and a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs a large hallway with a TV corner, an office corner, a bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a 140 bed, a second bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside the enclosed garden of 200 m² with garden equipment and the outdoor shower for returning from the beach.
A laundry room with washing machine.
