The inn is very unique and the suite was comfortable, but the grounds feel a little tired. Overall, it was a great jumping off point for the Mammoth Lakes/June Lakes region.

cozy, clean, great location, super lobby with a lively fireplace and dramatic staircase :). very helpful staff that gave me a wonderful area map. Spacious room too. Recommend highly during the shoulder season to avoid crowds at June Lake.

This is an older historical hotel that has been remodeled into suites. We were offered root beer floats in the evening, sat around the unusual four sided fireplace and visited with other guests. We enjoyed looking at all the pictures of movie stars that had stayed there in the past.

View was okay. Mountain means hillside and it was good to see trees outside the window. Very good room. Clean, comfy bed, nice kitchen, living room and big bathroom with good sized tub. No noise issues from other guests. I stayed on top floor. Good parking lot. Super convenient ans good internet.

Hot tub out of service and that was a major reason I booked there. They said broken water heater, but the tub looked awfully dirty. Other than that for an almost 100 year old hotel the rooms are modern and "solid".

We were so impressed with this location! Everything within the hotel was wonderful and staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is old, rich with history however rooms are clean and comfortable. Great views!

Great accommodations in June Lake

Came through for a night on a road trip with my parents. Room was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of space and pull out sofa bed was easy to set up. We really liked the inn and being located right in the middle of town. Lots of cool history at this place too! Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken and we had really been looking forward to using it so we were bummed about that, but we would stay here again.

Not impressed no view from the back. Hot tub was broken! No elevator had to lug our luggage up a horrible high stair case! Left a day early for better accommodations! Other than that the room was very nice and clean. The main lobby was dark and dreary! Wouldn’t recommend!

We liked the spaciousness of our accommodation including a kitchen. There was a deck with a jacuzzi with a view of the sunset and the mountains. There were a lot of employees working to keep the inn clean. The historic lobby was fun.
