Enjoy sitting on the lanai facing the fresh water spring. One master bedroom comfortable king sized bed with new bedding and walk in closet. A comfortable queen sized mattress Murphy Bed with new bedding in common area easily opens for guests to sleep comfortably or to accommodate a 2nd couple. Private bath in your room (half bath in common area for your guests). Ceiling fans throughout as well as additional standing fan available in closet, 2 comfy couches that could be slept on with removable rear cushion. Dining room with dry bar and a workstation with a desk. Inside the hallway closet you'll find lightweight backpack style beach chairs, full sized cooler on wheels, and pool noodles for your convenience. Granite countertops & luxury vinyl floor. New appliances and this kitchen is fully stocked complete with Keurig machine. Finally, you will find complimentary K-cups, High Noon's, red and white wine, bottled waters, and fresh bag of ice in the freezer.
