You have access to full kitchen facilities with stovetop cooking and an oven. The cupboards are well stocked with crockery and cutlery and appliances galore, even a Nespresso Coffee Pod machine - Please BYO compatible pods.

Relax in air conditioned comfort in the open plan lounge and dining, which extends even further when you open the patio doors.
The patio can be almost fully enclosed with zip track blinds to keep the cool wind or rain at bay. Just picture yourself on the lounge chair with a warm cuppa. Or cook your latest catch on the BBQ.

The backyard is fully enclosed with beautiful gardens. And if you've been at the beach all day there is a hot/cold shower outside to wash the sand and salt off. The ping pong table inside should occupy the kids, while you have a little breather.

Boat parking is available, just off the street. (Gated parking may be arranged on request)
