This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive property has reverse cycle air-conditioning to main living area & master bedroom, well equipped kitchen with modern finishes and lounge room with Tv & Dvd player. Internal patio with outdoor setting & gas 4 burner Bbq. Laundry facilities.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

Nice modern spacious property in a great location. Some small maintenance issues that were the only down side (sink didn't drain, aircon filters filthy causing AC to not work properly and damaged cupboards)
