The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The customer service is attentive and thoughtful. As for the meals, there is an impressive variety of dishes, most of which are delicious—especially the botan shrimp, yellowtail, and the steamed egg custard with nodoguro. In addition, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was the best I’ve had across my past ten ryokan stays. You can tell the differences through their careful selections of food ingredients. Wonderful staff trying to do their best in the middle of a remodel in a dated property - few restaurant options near the hotel - Unfortunately, we had no view to the lake because of the remodel; however, we were never informed about this neither by the hotel not by hotels.com when we made the reservation.

建物は年季が入ってますが、リニューアルされて清潔感があります。特に大浴場と食堂は、おしゃれです。 人気の食事がとても満足しました。量、質ともに充実しており、何食べても美味しかったです。食事に関してはここ数年間で訪れた温泉旅館でも最も良かったです。日本酒飲み放題が、色々と飲み比べできたのも良かった。

源泉掛け流しの大浴場は大変満足できるものでした。日替わりの男湯、女湯それぞれの浴場は清潔で広さもあり快適です。露天風呂も洗練された良いデザインでとても気に入りました。 建屋、客室は若干古さがあるものの清潔でスタイルも良く満足できるものです。個室に露天風呂がついているのも良いと思います。 現在旅館はリニューアル工事中で来春の完成後には是非また訪れたいと思います。

設備がすこし古いが、広くゆったりしていた。夕食、朝食ともにおいしく、上品な感じ温泉の湯は塩分を含みよく温まった。露天風呂は屋外にある浴槽というだけの感じだが、広いのでゆったりできた。

天井が剥がれ落ちるって笑

家族旅行で利用しました。 朝に大浴場の天井が剥がれ落ちて、女性用が利用停止となりました。もともと補修依頼などしていたとはおっしゃっていましたが、天井がつながっている男性用は利用継続で特に注意喚起もなかったです。 あとで調べましたが、関係法やガイドライン的には、宿泊客への注意喚起や他設備に問題がないのであればその説明が必要なようですが特にありませんでした。 普通のサービスは悪くなかったと思いますが、トラブル対応に関してはクリティカルに不安です。 食事は美味しかったです。
