Beautiful hotel, wonderful view from the room, right in front of the tram stop into town. Free shuttle service from/to the train station. Staff were professional and friendly. The onsen was clean and I was able to use it despite having tattoos. It did become very busy after a while which ruined it a bit, but I was leaving by then do grateful it was quite when I'd gone in. Only odd thing was we didn't get any extra bedding even though we'd booked a room with sofa bed and were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). We called reception and they did bring an extra pillow and blanket, but no sheet. But everything else was perfect and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

温泉めぐり

昨年から鹿児島ではこちら一択です。新しくて清潔。土日は温泉も混み合いますが、いつも金曜日の夜からの滞在なので、ゆっくり温泉も楽しめます。部屋のバスも使いやすいです。 隣にはスーパー、ドラッグストアもあります。またタイムズシェアカーも近くにあるので便利。遠出の拠点にしてます。 外資ホテル特有の大きな羽毛枕２つがないのが残念。星一つ減点。 一階のカフェのパンもケーキも美味しいです。 さつまぐまも気に入ってます。
