The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn OFF the BBQ grill, all air conditioners, and every light before leaving. Keep indoor fans running, but turn off the lanai's outdoor fan. Never leave towels or linens in the washer or dryer.
Shut OFF the hot tub at the keypad and ensure all propane appliances (water heater, etc.) are completely off to prevent fuel waste and additional charges.
Return keys to the lockbox. Ensure the front driveway gate and beach access gate are fully closed and latched. Place all trash and recycling in the correct bins (black for trash, blue for recycling).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect location for a relaxing beach gateway!

**Title: Perfect Beach Getaway – Clean, Safe, and Wonderful Host!** We had an incredible stay at this beach cottage! The location is unbeatable, right on a prestigious beach with easy access. The cottage itself was spotless and felt very safe, which made our stay all the more relaxing. We also really appreciated the en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. The host was fantastic—always responsive and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The pool was a real highlight, too—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. If you're looking for a peaceful, worry-free getaway in a prime location, this is the place. We can't wait to return!

Kailua Sunrise Magic

This is such a special property, we were so happy to find this listing! The Cottage is awesome, we absolutely loved the location. We have been going to Kailua for the last 3 summers and plan on staying at this rental again. The owners and property managers are great people. They are very responsive and make sure everything is up to par.
