Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The condo was filthy. Upon arrival I noticed that the microwave was splattered with oil and food particles but it is 8pm and so we called the management the next day because not only it was dirty it was not working. The mgt. comp want us to ck the circuit breaker and flip it to check if that will make the microwave and refrigerator working.We were in the Volcano National Park and I told them it was not our job to fix what was wrong with the appliances. During the conversation I gathered that they are aware of the microwave tripping the circuit breaker and it need to be replaced. During the course of 6 days stay in this filthy place, here is what we noticed.The standing electric fans in the living room and bedroom were covered with thick dust. The bathroom shower door is covered with black filth that I was not able to use it. The master bathroom tub sliding door is with black dirt that when I showered you see the black dirt flowing into the tub.The washing machine softener dispenser is crusted with musty dried liquid it makes the clothes smell musty. It is dust all over the place. I feel squeamish as you see the dust on the window sill, on the flooring and the patio. With this pandemic the customer expect their vacation rental to be clean. Everywhere I go I see unclean areas. I don't want to write all the areas that are filthy but overall I don't think this place is being cleaned for a long time.This is unacceptable.The cleaning fee should be reimbursed.
