Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The grounds were ok but that was it, The condo was terrible. It was dated and felt unclean. The kitchen was exceptionally bad. We had bugs in the kitchen the whole time, including cockroaches, which literally had my wife standing on chairs in the place, the toilet did not flush, hot water electrical breaker kept tripping, electrical switches at times sounded like they were sparking, the TV system did not work properly. Overall it was a very bad experience! Also we called Grand Welcome to complain the one night and they customer service person said someone would call us the next day and we never got a call back. Absolutely terrible!!!
