The staff were lovely and accommodated our early arrival. Our unit was huge, and we appreciated the coffee and laundry supplies. The property was generally quiet and maintained. Our unit was pretty dated, and in need of a thorough remodel. It was musty, but that smell mostly went away after a few hours. We also noted that the windows and doors were unlocked so that seemed unsafe.

Great value for your money

Location is on the edge of town so it is less busy, also has less amenities. The rooms are starting to show some age and are a bit dated. The AC is not on until you get in your room and turn it on, and it takes about 2 hours to cool down. Beds are very comfortable, has full kitchen and laundry in the room. Great bang for the buck staying here. I did not us any amenities, so i can't comment on those.

The location is superb and the property very well maintained. The staff of this resort was helpful and very well equipped. There are beaches and a shopping mall in easy walking distance. Snorkeling equipment is available at the resort. In short this a complete vacation package, would definitely return

The resort was extremely clean. We are picky about where we stay and this place was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. It was also nice being able to cook our own meals and have adequate cookware to do so. I highly recommend this resort.

Staff is rude. They are only interested in selling you the timeshare and not at all interested in providing you service while you stay there. They don’t do house keeping at all. We stayed three days, went to the beach and had to come to a dirty room every time. They did not specify this while I was making the reservation. We asked for an extra blanket and they did not have one to give. If you go to the pool they don’t give you towels there. You first have to order them from your room, they bring to your room and then you take to the pool. Every staff member was rude. Every time we called for something or stopped at the counter bcc or something, the staff gave us a rude response and a dirty look.

Thank you for the hospitality. The property, amenities, location, and staff earned an A plus. Check in was really easy. The garage for our jeep was awesome (tarps off)! The condo had AC. Check out my itinerary. I stayed for 10 days. I would highly recommend this vacation for those who love recreation. Mahalo! Very clean and Relaxing

This resort condo was so relaxing and clean. Room was super big. Got the Ohana Suite and just loved it The only thing I wish is that because we arrived early we wish that we could have used the pool facilities while waiting for our room.

Everything was great. The pool was nice. The condo was big and spacious. The only thing that was annoying was one of the employees in the check in office wouldn’t give us pool towel on our last day. My flight didn’t leave until 10pm. So we left our luggage at the resort. We were going to enjoy the pool until we were leaving for the airport. But the employee said no we can’t give you towels. This is something we don’t do. Everything was great until that. Kind of gave me a bad taste in my mouth on our way out.

I visited the Kona Coast resort many years ago and I really enjoyed it and I came back again this time and I really enjoyed it again it's a great place to stay.
