We had a fantastic stay in this condo. It was comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed, and it felt like staying at a friend’s home. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive when we reached out. The location worked out great for us. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the pier, and an even shorter walk to our favorite places like Like Java, and On The Rocks.

Great communication from the host, great location close to the heart of Kona, and very comfortable condo. We were here for a week with three teenagers, and loved everything about this condo. We could walk to the Kona pier, many of the unique local restaurants, and lots of the local art and shopping locations. The ocean views from this top floor unit were amazing both morning and evening. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the owners provided lots of guidance on how to enjoy the areas all around Kona and the big island. We will plan to stay here on our next trip to Kona!

Another amazing visit

We stayed here two years ago in 2023 and we have had yet another amazing visit in 2025. You can not beat the location! Most places have paid parking if you want to visit downtown but here you can leave your car in its parking spot(right up front!) And take a short walk to shopping and yummy fod downtown

This is my second stay at this property, and it was an overall lovely experience. The hosts were great, and the location is perfect. However, I wish the place was a bit cleaner. The floor was very dirty, and we had to sweep it every day from the moment we arrived. Some furniture and bathrooms could also use some upgrades. Despite these minor issues, I would still stay here again and hope they can make some improvements.

We had a very comfortable stay at this property. Francoise was a gracious host, and very responsive and communicative. The condo was very well stocked with any extras you could need - from baby gear (e.g. pack and play) to beach gear (body board, snorkeling gear, towels, and more). This penthouse condo was a brilliant match for our family. We love to walk and explore the community which this location was perfectly situated to give us walking access in 3 directions. The volcanoes park was a trip worth taking around the island too. Property was as advertised and property manager communtcated promply and kindly! Even allowed us an early check in when we realized we arrived earlier than check in time.
