This two bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Kitchen has gotten an updated look with new backsplash and guest bath now has a beautiful walk in shower! We now have a mini-split A/C system as well! (Single blower located in living room/master bedroom area. No separate blower in guest room, so not as cooled back there)
Located on the fourth floor and north-end of a four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

Overall very happy about our time at this VRBO. We did come during an unprecedented storm, which meant we spent a lot of time indoors, but the overall apartment met all our needs. Even though we booked this condo thinking we would need airconditioning, the weather was pleasant enough that keeping the lanai door open allowed for enough cross ventilation through the condo.This is also located in a fairly good part of town on Ali'i drive which is not too far from the happening part of town - not really walkable, but close enough that you pop in and out for meals/drinks etc. The host, Holly was fantastic to deal with! During the storm when the power was out, she was providing us updates as to when crews would get power back on. Also on the last day she was more than flexible in having us check out later to accommodate a snorkeling activity that got pushed due to the weatherThe only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that, it is priced a little steep. But i guess that is with any vacation rental in and around Ali'i drive.

This condo was terrific. The furnishings were very comfortable, there was plenty of storage for our 10 night stay, the kitchen had everything we needed, even consumables like toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo etc were stocked so that we didn’t need to buy any of that. And then the lanai…it was so spacious and comfortable and the view was amazing. We saw whales from it twice (with the good binoculars provided) including one big pod one day. We liked being close to things, but not in the middle of town.

This was one of the best condos we've stayed at over the years. Great views of the water (and sunsets!), white noise from the waves below, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need - from beach gear to anything you could want in the kitchen. Easy parking at the condo and a great jumping-off point for activities in the Kona area. Great communication with Holly both before arrival and during our visit. 10/10 would book again next time we're in the Kona area.

It is such a pleasure walking into a property and being immediately impressed by how nice it is, and this one did just that. The setting on the 4th floor made for a perfect view of the ocean, as well as perfect access to the ocean breezes, and it made an immediate impression upon entering. The lanai was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The interior was very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was generously equipped with pots, pans, and just about any utensil you could want and there were enough staples available to anyone wanting to cook. And the primary bed was so incredibly comfortable, and something we looked forward to after each day of excursions on the island. It honestly struck us as though we were staying in someone's home.And finally, Holly, the property contact person, was super responsive to each of our inquiries. She was helpful and communicative. I can't really think of any improvement to suggest -- it was exactly what we were looking for in all respects. Thank you Holly!

Awesome location, great views

Very comfortable property with everything we needed. Property was as described. We enjoyed the coffee treats! Our family enjoyed exploring the tide pools in front of the complex at low tide as well as sunset views from the balcony. Easy walk to Magic Sands Beach. Appreciated the parking under the complex. Area felt very safe. Lots of people waking, jogging, and biking along the road.

Delayed honeymoon trip

We had to delay our honeymoon due to Covid and so this is our honeymoon - retirement trip. Loved the deck and listening to the waves crashing. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Wish we were a little closer to town or food, but easy access to town and main road. Love the condo.

Holly was amazing to work with. She quickly reponded to every question we had along the way. The condo was beautiful. It truly was the most stocked VRBO we've stayed at. The location was far enough out of town for peace and quiet. Loved seeeing the dolphins swim by while sitting on the lanai.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and VERY well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Holly was a wonderful host, quick to respond to any questions and thoughtful in providing local recommendations. The location was perfect, offering the sound of the ocean waves (not other guests). We watched dolphin & whales and the best sunsets from the balcony. The location to downtown Kona was a short 5-10 minute Drive. And we walked to the market across the street & for Fish tacos 1/4 block away. We truly appreciated the attention to detail, the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the snacks & coffee that made us feel at home. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Kona!

Sweet Spot

Enjoyed the water view, and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks. We spent most mornings with a cup of tea on the lanai watching the sky lighten and the day begin. Check in and out was just so very easy. Nice choice of spices and coffee available. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the very, very slow traffic going north into town or trying to get to the north part of the island. It was incredibly slow. Unfortunately, we had several things planed in town and to the north. However, if you are going to hang around the condo or explore to the south I recommend this condo. It is a sweet spot.

The View!

The best part of our stay was the amazing view from the lanai. We spent hours there. The condo itself was well equipped with everything we needed. Holly was wonderful to work with and we really enjoyed our welcome treats. It was all about the view. Exactly what we came for.

Our family had an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed the accommodations and location. You can't beat sitting on the lanai watching the sunset. Condo was stocked with coffee and locally made soaps. Beautiful updated condo!

This is a beautiful condo with many stylish updates. There is even air conditioning which we didn’t even have to use since we had a wonderful breeze during our stay. This condo has one of the best stocked kitchens of any place we’ve rented. It has most any kitchen gadget, pan or spice you could ever need. The unit is very clean and the main bedroom we used and the living room are comfortable and relaxing and both have fantastic views to the lanai and ocean. This is our second stay in this condo and it won’t be the last. Holly made the checkin process very easy for us and we really appreciate her helpfulness.
