Our White Sands Village condo is on Alii Drive just across from one of Kona's most popular Sandy Beaches, Magic Sands Beach. Located in the front section of the pristine Kona White Sands Village. The condo matches its environment, with a King Bed in the Master Bedroom (plus TV), twin beds (convertible to a King) in the other bedroom, separated by 2 full bathrooms. We're on the third floor, where the views are the best, with the elevator close by (right next to our covered parking space). The sound of the waves breaking will lull you to sleep at night! With the private tennis courts, snorkeling, boogie boarding and whale/dolphin watching, this condo truly is a vacationers paradise !!
We take pride in keeping our condo fresh looking and clean. We have a Samsung large 55' flat screen Smart TV, Sony Stereo, washer, dryer and furnishings for your enjoyment! We have a variety of sand toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear, ice cooler, beach umbrella, 4 Tommy Bahama backpack type sand chairs and beach towels for your use.

“Our stay at Joanne and Randy`s place was fantastic and very welcoming. When we booked Joanne contacted us to make sure all of our questions were answered. The layout and location of the condo is excellent, clean and well maintained. You are right across the street from White Sands Beach. The parking is right beside the elevator and the suite on the third floor is also. The condo seemed very sound proof with a view of the beach from the entrance and a view of the pool from the excellent, large, well equipped lanai. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped, the King size bed is very comfortable. Nice bathrooms with personal touches and wonderful laundry facilities. The closet is stocked with all sorts sport and beach equipment plus you get a choice of coolers which we loved for our day trips. The AC worked great and there is a huge TV for watching at night. We put 800 miles on our rental car in 4 days, started off by stocking up at Costco and then ventured forth taking in the sunset on top of 14,000 foot Mauna Kea and then a stargazing tour at the Visitor Centre, hiked to see amazing lava flows then visited the Pu`u Loa Petroglyphs and the Kahaualea volcano crater. We drove North to visit the older towns stopping at the King Kamehameha Statue and the Pololu Valley lookout. This was our first stay at this condo and also the Big Island and we highly recommend staying here, best VRBO we have stayed at. Great value for your money and we would absolutely book again. This condo is absolutely lovely! It was a wonderful place to be able to relax and was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. The location is also great - right in the center of everything and mere steps away from the beach! It was fantastic to be able to come back to such a wonderful place!

Enjoyed our short stay—the pool is fine as is the hot tub—great way to relax after a day in Coffee Country or snorkeling. The condo environment is pleasant, spacious and comfortable. Nice to have the sound of the waves with candlelight over dinner with friends on the lanai. Diane and Jan

We really enjoyed your place!! The location is perfect. We loved White Sands Beach across the street and Kahalu’u Beach nearby. The waves at White Sands Beach were great for the kids and snorkeling at Kahalu’u Beach is incredible—not to be missed! We all slept really well here. Some combination of sun, surf and great beds! The view of the ocean is good and the sound of the surf crashing at night was awesome. We really appreciated your furnishings, especially the King in the Master and the two twins for the kids in the second bedroom. Thank you!
