Our room temperature was 81 degrees for the first 3 days making it miserable to sleep. They provided a fan, but we ended up purchasing an additional fan which still was not enough. The air-conditioned shutdown was not supposed to last 3 days. Then we were informed we would not have hot water which eventually was a total water shut down requiring us to shower in a public restroom. This water issue 4 or 5 days on and off. This is my favorite vacation spot on the island, but this trip was a huge disappointment. Vacations are extremely expensive and we waited all year for this one.
